• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.
• Provide expert design recommendations for window and door products.
• Create detailed project proposals and presentations for clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project success.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or design consulting, preferably in home improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
• Knowledge of window and door products is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
