Helping Our Community Through Times of Struggle
Window World TX owners Martin and Debbie Bomba understand that times have not been easy in the past year. The COVID-19 pandemic has seen many people unable to work, leading to financial instability. Now, the record-breaking winter storm this week has only made matters worse by leaving thousands without power, heat and water for days.
Martin and Deb want to do what they can to give back to their community, which is why they are putting up $20,000 of their own money to help people struggling with their energy bills during this crazy, uncertain time.

Why We’re Giving Back
To the South Texas Community from Martin Bomba:
On the morning of February 18th, my wife, Deborah, and I were cooped up inside like most of the people in our area. Lucky enough to still have power, we were tuned in to the local news to keep track of what was going on around the city. Out of nowhere, I heard Deb burst into tears and, in a panic, I asked her what was the matter. Deb’s reply: ”Martin, so many people are suffering right now… First Covid, now this crazy storm…We have to do something.” I quickly agreed, and after some conversation, we came up with the Window of Hope!
A lot of people have been out of work due to Covid and now unable to work over the last week due to the storm, all the while their heaters have been in overdrive (if they are lucky enough to have power), so we want to step up and do something to impact the lives of people in our community who have been so good to us for so long. Our family has been serving South Texas for more than 70 years, and with everyone’s support, Window World has continued to grow year after year into a successful company. Giving back to the community that has always stood by us is the least we can do during these hard times, and we’re thrilled to be able to do it.
We look forward to hearing from you. – The Bombas
